I am more than happy to answer your questions at any time, however I thought that it might be helpful to put together a post with some frequently asked questions.
1. What format do you need my logo in?
Please provide your logo in a high resolution file with transparent background. Best files are vector - however, if you can not provide this, saving your high res file as a .eps or .png should be fine!
2. How much are usbs?
Providing prices for usbs includes a number of different factors - quantity, usb style and usb capacity. While I am more than happy to provide a quote for you or send you a shopping cart, I need to know which usb you are interested in, how many of them and the capacity that you are after. All of our pricing is on the website.
3. How many photos can I fit on a 2GB usb?
This really is dependant on your files. My best advice is to put together a folder of photos with roughly the number of photos that you would provide on a usb and check how big the folder is. On Mac, right click on your folder and "get info". On Windows, right click then properties.
4. How much to have my logo printed/engraved?
Logo printing or engraving is included in our prices!
5. How much for the little wooden usb boxes?
All of our timber usbs come with complimentary display boxes unless you request to not have them. If you don't need boxes, we can discount your usbs slightly.
6. What is the minimum purchase for usbs?
If you would like your usbs customised, there is a minimum purchase of 10 usbs. Don't need logos? You can purchase as few as 1 usb! If you purchase 25 or more usbs, they are cheaper!
7. How do I get my logo to you?
Please email your logo to firstname.lastname@example.org We will send you a digital proof to approve so that you can make sure your usbs look exactly the way you imagine!
8. What is the turnaround time?
I generally submit batches of orders on Mondays (unless I tell you otherwise). Usually usbs take 10 business days for me to receive them. Once received, I courier them to you.
9. Do you send to PO Boxes?
We prefer to use our courier who requires a street address - couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.
10. What if I get a faulty usb?
From time to time, we some times get a faulty usb - just like any other electrical item. The good news is that our manufacturer guarantees their product, so please get in contact so that we can help you trouble shoot or organise a replacement.
